Palinuro, in the charming medieval town of Pisciotta, the
boutique hotel of Marulivo stands in its regained beauty of
ancient monastery from the XIV Century.
In this fairytale village, poised between olive trees and the
Tyrrhenian Sea, you will find the magic of spending time among
ancient walls.
The stones, the terracotta, the antique wood and the sea will

Eleven rooms with a charming view, as well as supplied with all
comforts, and a breathtaking terrace overlooking a sea of olive
trees and crystal-clear water, represent the perfect place where
to escape in order to find peace and the often forgotten sense
of things.

It is composed of 9 double rooms and 2 suites, all wonderfully
decorated in a Tuscan style.

Location
Newly opened in August 2007, Marulivo sits high on the hill town
of Pisciotta, overlooking the sea. The hotel sits clinging to a
cliff at the edge of of the medieval historic center (Centro
Storico). It's views are quite wonderful - blue sea, coastal
hills, and olive and lemon groves. Pisciotta has some lovely
beaches, all with clear blue seas. The town also hosts a number
of bars and restaurants. It has a harbor where you can rent
boats, go diving and snorkeling. The wonderful and totally
unspoiled coast road connects to a string of quaint seaside
villages, and a few resort towns. |
